DenceSpot does not have a clinic in Shahdara: patients from Shahdara are seen at our clinic in Rohini, North-West Delhi. A crown transplant there begins with the vertex measured and your donor area checked against what the front may need, and any second stage is stated in writing before you commit.

Coming from Shahdara
Shahdara is one of the oldest settlements on the east bank of the Yamuna. Your crown assessment, procedure and reviews are all at the Rohini clinic.
Shahdara is on the Red Line itself, so the ride is direct, towards Rithala, across the city to Rohini. Open the clinic on Google Maps for the route from your door.
Eat a proper meal before you leave Shahdara and bring a list of your medicines. A crown session can last much of the day, with pauses for meals, and you leave the same evening; arrange a cab or a lift home, since a helmet presses on the crown.
General patient education, not a plan.
| Your situation | Usually |
|---|---|
| Thinning at the front and the crown | The front first |
| A donor area that cannot cover both | The front first |
| A crown opening up in your twenties | Medicine first; surgery later |
| Loss limited to the vertex | The crown can go first |
| A large crown with ample donor hair | Often two stages |
Planning your visits
An assessment, the procedure day, a check in the first week and photographed reviews as the crown grows, with a second stage only if your plan needs one — all at the Rohini clinic. Metro stations near Shahdara: Shahdara (Red Line), Mansarovar Park (Red Line) and Welcome (Red and Pink Lines).

Our doctors
Every case starts with an examination by a doctor. The doctor who will treat you at the Rohini clinic is named at your consultation, and you can ask for their qualifications, registration and experience with the technique planned for you.

Treatment
Grafts fill the parts of the crown where follicles have gone; medicine, sometimes with PRP, protects the native hair around them, so most crown plans use both. The options for the crown compared.
How it works
At the Rohini clinic a crown case moves through five stages, starting with measurement and ending with the review that settles whether more work is needed.
The vertex photographed from above and measured, donor density checked, and your history and medicines reviewed.
Crown first or front first, the graft range and any likely second stage set out in writing with the estimate.
Follicles removed singly from the back and sides of the scalp under local anaesthetic.
Openings made around the swirl, each at its own angle, then grafts placed to build coverage outward.
Photographed reviews as the hair grows; a second stage is decided only once the first has grown in.
Growth at the vertex shows later than at the front: see the month-by-month growth timeline and when a second hair transplant makes sense.
Cost
There is no fixed price. The estimate depends on the measured crown, the coverage you want, the grafts your donor can give and whether one stage or two is planned, and you receive it in writing after your assessment.
Book a consultation
Choose a day to visit the Rohini clinic for an assessment. Your crown is measured, your donor area checked, and you hear whether the crown should come now, after the front or not yet; there is no need to book anything on the day.
The Rohini clinic replies during opening hours (Mon–Sun · 10:00 – 20:00).
