DenceSpot does not have a clinic in Paharganj: patients from Paharganj are seen at our clinic in Rohini, North-West Delhi. DHI there starts with your hairline drawn and agreed, and the zones worth placing by implanter, with their cost, are set out in writing before a date is booked.

Coming from Paharganj
Paharganj, opposite New Delhi Railway Station, is known for its Main Bazaar and budget hotels. The drawing, the procedure day and the reviews afterwards all take place at the Rohini clinic.
Take the Yellow Line from New Delhi three stops to Kashmere Gate, then the Red Line towards Rithala into Rohini. Open the clinic on Google Maps for the route from your door.
DHI days run long, so have a proper meal before setting out from Paharganj. You go home the same evening with the front rows freshly placed, so book a cab or ask someone to drive; a helmet must not press on new grafts.
A general guide by zone, not a plan.
| Zone | Usually placed by |
|---|---|
| Front rows of the hairline | DHI |
| Temples | DHI |
| Grafts among existing hair | DHI |
| Small, defined sessions | Often DHI |
| Mid-scalp | Usually FUE |
| A large crown | FUE placement |
Planning your visits
A consultation with the hairline drawing, the procedure day, a check in the first week and photographed reviews as the hair regrows — all at the Rohini clinic. Metro stations near Paharganj: Ramakrishna Ashram Marg (Blue Line), New Delhi (Yellow Line and Airport Express) and Rajiv Chowk (Yellow and Blue Lines).
Results
Consented photographs of DenceSpot patients, not digitally altered. They show what happened for these patients, not what will happen for you.
Our doctors
Every case starts with an examination by a doctor. The doctor who will treat you at the Rohini clinic is named at your consultation, and you can ask for their qualifications, registration and experience with the technique planned for you.

Treatment
DHI sets each graft with an implanter pen, giving close control at the hairline and temples; FUE placement covers larger areas such as the crown more quickly. The same extraction feeds both, and many plans mix them. How the zones are divided.
How it works
Five stages at the Rohini clinic. DHI days run long, and your own timings are given beforehand.
The hairline marked with you sitting upright and checked in a mirror until you both agree.
Which zones get DHI and which FUE, the graft count and the estimate, all in writing.
The donor trimmed and numbed, and follicular units removed one at a time, exactly as in FUE.
Grafts sorted by hair count, loaded into implanters and set one by one, usually after a break to eat.
A first-week wash and check, then photographed reviews as the hair sheds and regrows.
The two placement methods are compared in FUE vs DHI; the healing, week by week, in the first 14 days after a hair transplant.
Cost
No single price applies. The estimate follows the graft count, how many zones are placed by DHI rather than FUE, the trimming and any staging, and it is itemised in writing after your assessment.
Book a consultation
Choose a day to visit the Rohini clinic. The doctor draws your hairline, examines the donor area and explains where DHI would add something and where FUE placement would do; you are not asked to choose a date there and then.
The Rohini clinic replies during opening hours (Mon–Sun · 10:00 – 20:00).
